Position Overview:
This role is designated for Night Shift operations. As a Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN), you will be entrusted with the independent oversight of care delivery for a designated group of residents within a nursing unit.

- Assess resident requirements and formulate personalized care plans.
- Administer nursing services and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided.
- Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Care Specialists (CNA), and additional staff members.
- Potentially oversee other nursing personnel, including fellow RNs.

Qualifications:
- Must possess and maintain a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state.
- Current CPR certification is required; nursing staff must obtain CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
- Recent clinical experience or specialized education in geriatrics is preferred.
- Understanding of state and federal regulations governing facility practices is essential.
- Commitment to ongoing Continuing Education Credits in clinical subjects, management, and personal development.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance.
