Position Overview
1. Pioneering Influencer Marketing Initiatives with AI Solutions
- Leverage AI technologies to discover, assess, and select appropriate influencers that resonate with brand goals.
- Employ AI analytics to track campaign effectiveness, offering insights for enhancement.
- Implement AI-driven content assessments to improve the quality and relevance of influencer-generated content.
2. Management of Influencer Relationships
- Identify and connect with influencers who reflect the brand's ethos and target demographic.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with influencers through effective communication and collaboration.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction of expectations.
- Evaluate and analyze influencer performance metrics to gauge campaign success.
3. Collaborative Content Development
- Partner with influencers to produce engaging and authentic content that aligns with the brand's narrative.
- Provide creative guidance and support to influencers to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Design and execute collaborative campaigns to enhance the brand's reach and influence.
4. Oversight and Reporting:
- Monitor social media platforms and online channels for brand mentions and public sentiment.
- Compile regular reports on the success of influencer and public relations campaigns.
- Utilize analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
5. Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Work alongside marketing and social media teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align influencer and public relations initiatives with overarching marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the Influencer Marketing sector.
- Proficient in AI tools, influencer marketing platforms, and email marketing software.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
