Job Title: Influencer Marketing Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Strategist to join our team at Comrise. As an Influencer Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing managers to develop and implement influencer marketing strategies;
  • Identify and partner with external influencers and content creators to achieve marketing goals;
  • Develop and manage contractual commitments with external partners;
  • Measure and assess the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns;
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners;
  • Proactively seek new integration opportunities in the film/TV/commercial project industry;
  • Activate partners to contribute to product launch campaigns and content creation projects;
  • Manage video and photo content delivered by partners from sourcing to approval to publishing to storing within our content library;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and brand partners to distribute content and increase impact;
  • Research industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users in North America;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with in-depth knowledge of online marketing strategies and channels;
  • Ability to manage and build relationships with existing and prospective partners;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Strong analytical skills, high business acumen, and self-driven;
  • Successful candidates will demonstrate a high degree of tenacity;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience executing influencer sponsorships at scale, cross-team coordination, and/or project management;
  • Established relationships with filmmakers, social media influencers, and content creators;
  • Passionate about videography, filmmaking, photography, camera industry, and drone technology;
  • Profound knowledge of North American social media and creative landscape;
  • Familiar with video post-production;
