About the Role

The Influencer Marketing Manager will lead Cupshe's paid collaboration strategy with mega influencers, driving sales growth and brand visibility. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce, influencer marketing, and social media analytics. The ideal candidate has experience managing large-scale paid influencer campaigns in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or wellness industries, with a focus on mega influencers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a paid influencer marketing strategy to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of influencer collaborations, including sourcing, negotiation, content coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand goals and enhances the customer experience.
  • Analyze and report on influencer campaign performance and content effectiveness, using key metrics such as ROI, engagement, and sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Leverage e-commerce expertise to optimize influencer campaigns for online conversions and sales performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, influencer platforms, and best practices to ensure Cupshe remains competitive in the influencer marketing space.
  • Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and maximize sales outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of paid influencer marketing experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or wellness industries, with a focus on mega influencers.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and deliver high ROI through influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and influencer content's impact on online conversions.
  • Ability to analyze influencer performance and content effectiveness, with experience using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing large-scale influencer partnerships.
  • Outstanding communication and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with influencer management platforms and social media analytics tools.
