We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Peter Mathison - State Farm Agency as a Front Office Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product and service information to customers, resolving any issues that may arise with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scanning documents and sending communications.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude.
