We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at North American Dental Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient flow and coordinate appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Process patient payments, verify insurance coverage, and handle financial transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, including patient information, appointment schedules, and financial data.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental software and Microsoft Office programs, with ability to learn new programs as needed.
