Dental office looking for an exceptional registered dental hygienist who is patient-orientated, compassionate, and energetic.

Innovative Dentistry Biltmore is looking for a Dental Hygienist to care for our patients. Our dental office is committed to providing excellent dentistry while supporting our staff. It is our mission to educate our patients, both new and returning, on the importance of good periodontal health. You don't need to know how to do everything, only be willing to learn new skills. Come work with our great office

Our dental office treats patients from Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 4 or 5 PM.

Full-time or Part-time: We are open to hygienists looking to work from two to four days.

We are looking for a candidate with these skills

  • Minimum 3 year hygienist experience

  • Laser Certification ( or willing to become certified)

  • Nitrous Oxide Certification

  • Local anesthetic Certified

  • Patient education chairside and presenting necessary treatment

  • Infection Control and maintenance of Charts and documentation

What you can offer our dental office as a Dental Hygienist:

  • Provide clinical oral hygiene services including dental prophylaxis, periodontal scaling, sealant application and fluoride application consistent with accepted professional practices and standards.

  • Intraoral picture tours and explanations

  • Complete a thorough assessment of the patient's teeth, bone, and periodontal tissues, and document any abnormalities or suspected conditions and education that encourages patient acceptance of proper periodontal care.

  • Customize diagnosis and care to meet patient's oral health

  • Educate patients on good oral hygiene techniques

  • Aid the dentist with procedures and emergencies as needed

Office Administration Participation

  • Administer and maintenance of Recall System

  • Participate in Instrument processing and sterilization
