Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our users. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop environments and enhancing user productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality desktop support for both Windows and macOS operating systems.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, including Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign.
3. Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
4. Conduct hardware diagnostics and repairs, ensuring optimal performance of computer systems.
5. Assist with network connectivity issues and printer troubleshooting.

Qualifications:
- An Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in desktop or technical support roles.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are advantageous.

Technical Proficiencies:
- Proficient in Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
- Familiarity with remote desktop support tools and Windows imaging technologies.
- Understanding of ITIL service management principles is a plus.

Working Conditions:
This position may require occasional after-hours support and the ability to lift and transport computer equipment (up to 50 lbs).
