- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards and equipment maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve overall facilities operations.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance history.
Requirements:
- Five years of experience in the building trades, with a focus on maintenance operations and supervision.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA guidelines.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
