  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance history.

Requirements:

  • Five years of experience in the building trades, with a focus on maintenance operations and supervision.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA guidelines.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
