We are seeking a qualified professional to fill the role of Project Engineering Manager at a prominent engineering firm. This position involves overseeing innovative projects focused on carbon capture and hydrogen technologies.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will serve as the Project Engineering Lead during the EPCM phase of a significant upcoming initiative.

Ideal applicants will have a robust background in similar positions throughout the FEED and EPC phases, particularly in onshore brownfield oil and gas facilities, gas pipelines, and energy transition projects.

This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring 2 to 3 days of presence at the office.

Compensation:
£100,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits + Hybrid Work Arrangement

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through various project phases and life cycles in major energy sector contracts.
- Emphasize process safety, quality assurance, and environmental stewardship.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of project delivery processes from inception to completion.
- Exhibit exceptional management and leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrate expertise in pipeline and energy infrastructure projects.
- Advocate for Sustainability, Safety, Health, and Environment, prioritizing the wellbeing of employees and the community.
- Uphold integrity by consistently making ethical decisions.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, striving for excellence by understanding and fulfilling client needs.

Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in EPC and major engineering firms.
