Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading the integration of platform associates in their respective areas to ensure appropriate branch coverage. The successful candidate will partner with sales executives on strategies that increase production and overall revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the success of the Bank's licensed associate programs by integrating associate placement and coverage, and providing advice on additional coverage needs.
  • Assist leadership in tracking performance trends of individual contributors as well as sales teams.
  • Ensure compliance throughout activities with all applicable policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Securities Sales or Sales coaching including supervisory experience, or High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Securities Sales or Sales coaching including supervisory experience.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Possess valid Series 7, 63, 65 or 66, 24 or 9/10 and state-specific life and health insurance licenses.
  • Possess valid driver's license.
