  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for your team members, ensuring they are equipped to meet productivity standards and achieve their goals.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing local, state, and federal regulations, as well as food safety protocols.
  • Train associates on all aspects of order fulfillment and customer service within the online shopping department.
  • Collaborate with your team to implement e-Commerce initiatives that drive growth and enhance the customer experience.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure orders are filled accurately and efficiently, utilizing best practices for substitutions when necessary.
  • Streamline order processing, product retrieval, checkout, and delivery procedures.
  • Communicate inventory issues promptly to relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and technology issues within the e-Commerce department.
  • Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of operational plans and programs.
  • Monitor departmental expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance is conducted regularly on all equipment.
  • Supervise and coach your team members, providing regular performance feedback and conducting performance reviews.
