Assembly Line Technician

As an Assembly Line Technician, you will be responsible for checking the Navicella at the exit of the Polymerization Oven, refilling it to ensure 100% uptime during final assembly, and performing other relevant tasks in the final process area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check the Navicella at the exit of the Polymerization Oven
- Refill Navicella to ensure 100% uptime during final assembly
- Perform springs insertion, load rubbers into blisters, load and unload blisters from machines, inspect ignition coils, and other relevant work in the final process area
- 100% visual control on the finished product
- Finish the visual control on time to avoid machine stoppage
- In process, based on documents and area leader's instructions, record, collect related data, and timely fill in reports
- Control the quality of materials and products
- TPM, maintain machines clean and work well, and operate machines as per relevant instructions
- Obey working arrangements by area leader, shift leader, and production manager
