Job Title: Finance Manager

At T-Mobile, we are committed to investing in our employees' growth and development. As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the T-Mobile for Business Partner Channel team in delivering innovative wireless solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and provide insights into key Subscriber, Operating expenses, and Customer life-time value metrics.
  • Form relationships with the multifunctional team - Sales, Sales operations, Marketing, and FP&A peers to ensure alignment on forecast assumptions and to present a cohesive plan to operationalize any gaps to long-range targets.
  • Drive profitable growth for the channel by guiding and influencing the business team on spiffs and partner programs using ROI metrics.
  • Be comfortable with data ambiguity and have the technical curiosity to dive into different sources of data and drive automation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake SQL/IBM Cognos (TM1) a strong plus.
  • Experience with SAP/BPC, Hyperion, or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of P&L components.
  • Analytical skills and proven track record to meet deadlines while handling multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment.
  • Has a growth mindset and is looking to learn new skills and evolve as the organization changes.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot data inaccuracies, identify root causes, and take corrective action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
