Job Summary

We are seeking an Embedded Finance Platform Senior Director to join our Platforms team and contribute to the development of our next-generation Embedded Finance Platform capabilities.



About the Team

Our Embedded Finance (EF) team is dedicated to enabling our customers to easily embed a robust suite of financial capabilities into their products and services.



Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for:



  • Developing and executing the strategic vision for our product portfolio, aligning with overall business objectives, customer problems, and market trends.
  • Providing leadership, clarity in vision, and direction to cross-functional teams and adjacent product management teams.
  • Driving product innovation through an experiment-based culture, identifying market opportunities, leveraging customer feedback, and staying at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilizing data, metrics, experimentation, and analytics to make informed decisions, track product and customer performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and continually optimizing based on customer needs and feedback.
  • Identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships that enhance the product and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Leading the go-to-market strategy and implementation, including collaboration with internal GTM teams on pricing, distribution, and marketing plans.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on leading successful product initiatives in innovative, ambiguous, complex, or fast-moving environments.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
  • A track record of innovation, creativity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • A results-oriented approach, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


What We Offer

FIS offers a competitive salary, ranging from $262,000 to $441,000, depending on experience and qualifications.



Location

This is a full-time position, and we are open to considering candidates based in the US.
