Role Overview


The Gucci Luxury Sales Consultant is tasked with delivering outstanding service tailored to our clients' unique preferences and aspirations, while also acting as a "Gucci Ambassador" to promote the brand's ethos and values.

Your enthusiasm for the brand will shine through in every interaction, crafting a luxurious and memorable client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Consistently meet or surpass individual and store sales targets, contributing to overall business growth;

- Deliver a superior customer service experience by exceeding client expectations, showcasing extensive knowledge of our products and the rich heritage of Gucci, in line with our selling principles;

- Drive personal performance metrics by ensuring exceptional service and high-quality sales;

- Collect and maintain relevant customer information using company tools (CRM) to foster connections, build relationships, and personalize future interactions;

- Keep an organized and detailed client book, regularly reaching out to clients and providing timely follow-ups on sales or inquiries;

- Engage in discussions with clients about current trends in fashion and luxury, demonstrating a genuine passion for the industry;

- Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering open communication to ensure a cohesive and outstanding customer experience, while contributing to a positive workplace culture;

- Uphold security protocols within the store to safeguard customers, colleagues, and merchandise;

- Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of products in accordance with Gucci's standards;

- Ensure an orderly and well-maintained stockroom;

- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and operational guidelines;

- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Preferred Bachelor's Degree;

- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail sales or a customer service environment;

- Proven track record of achieving individual and store performance goals and fostering lasting relationships with clients and colleagues;

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential;

- A collaborative team player with a commitment to working together effectively;

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;

- Flexibility to adapt to diverse customer needs;

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
