We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual with a passion for sales to become a part of our esteemed property management team as a Regional Leasing Consultant across our luxurious apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential residents by welcoming and qualifying them.
  • Follow up on inquiries and referrals through phone communication.
  • Coordinate and conduct property tours, ensuring a comprehensive experience for clients.
  • Assist clients throughout the leasing journey, from application to move-in.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or food service.
  • Possession of a New Jersey Real Estate License; a New York Real Estate License is advantageous.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines independently.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Prior experience in residential leasing and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation is required for commuting to various properties and attending off-site training sessions.

Compensation: $50,000 annually, along with a monthly car allowance of $250.
