Position Overview:
As a Financial Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

  • Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F
  • Compensation: $31.25/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Your main duties will include:

  • Collaborating with a dedicated accounting team of 9 professionals.
  • Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Administering tax processes and verifying correct tax charges.
  • Performing monthly reconciliations of the general ledger.
  • Reviewing Profit and Loss statements for discrepancies.
  • Identifying and rectifying erroneous journal entries.
  • Adapting to the evolving needs of the accounting team.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience in reconciliation processes.
  • Ability to perform manual reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
