We are seeking a proficient professional to become part of the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a distinguished organization in the restoration sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight:
    • Supervising daily and weekly financial operations and reporting
    • Managing weekly payroll documentation
    • Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
    • Evaluating financial reports for precision
    • Preparing diverse financial statements
    • Reconciling various accounts, including banking and credit accounts
    • Maximizing the efficiency of QuickBooks Online
    • Monitoring and forecasting cash flow
    • Leading accounts receivable and payable personnel
    • Generating monthly royalty statements
  • Personnel Administration:
    • Overseeing employee health insurance plans
    • Managing payroll and associated costs
    • Administering employee benefit programs
    • Collaborating with the Operations Department on employee-related issues
  • Executing additional assigned duties and delivering customer service

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Accounting or at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in analyzing and conveying financial data
  • Adept at efficiently managing office operations
  • Experienced with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 annually
