  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and organize documentation.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Go above and beyond to engage and retain customers.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Experience in public speaking for group presentations is advantageous.
  • A four-year degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
