We are currently looking for a litigation associate with 0 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be self-driven and capable of managing substantial case responsibilities, including frequent court appearances and depositions.

At W3Global Inc, we prioritize the professional growth of our associates. Each associate is paired with a dedicated mentor, and we uphold an open-door policy for inquiries and additional training. Associates will have the chance to engage with cases from their inception through to trial, under the guidance of experienced partners. We promote a relaxed yet focused work environment, emphasizing the vigorous representation of our clients. Once acclimated to our firm culture, attorneys may have the flexibility to work remotely when appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong academic background
  • Experience or familiarity with civil litigation and/or insurance defense
  • Exceptional work ethic
  • Outstanding advocacy and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient research and computer skills
  • Strong legal writing abilities for discovery, reporting, and motion preparation
  • Capability to conduct depositions and manage case files
  • Interest in court appearances, depositions, and trial work
  • Connections to Ventura County or willingness to relocate
  • Professional demeanor with effective problem-solving skills
