Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Cohere Technology Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team in supporting a Government customer.

Job Description:

We are looking for a self-starting, team-oriented software engineer to participate in a development team that uses agile methodologies combined with mature software practices and a technology-supported development infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work both independently with little supervision as well as engage with a team to achieve overall project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop software and extend the software baseline to implement new capabilities and to mature existing capabilities using key enabling technologies and frameworks.
  • Help maintain the deployed system, diagnose and resolve issues, and provide support to end-users as needed.
  • Provide technical and methodological guidance to the team, while helping steer the team to be self-reliant and highly effective at meeting project objectives.
Requirements:
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline and 12 years of experience or Master's degree and 10 years of experience.
  • 6 plus years' experience with Java development with some experience in Relational Database Management.
  • 6 Years' Experience with Angular 3+ front-end web application platform and PrimeNG UI components or similar web framework.
  • Experience with middle tier messaging systems, Kafka, Active MQ or similar and development and usage with RESTful web services.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance. Need to have Current CI Poly or consent to Poly at a briefing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years' experience working on a program following SAFe Methodology.
