Job Overview:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research, design, develop, and/or modify enterprise-wide systems and applications software.
  • Define system scope and objectives through research and analysis to develop or enhance moderately complex information systems.
  • Translate software requirements into functional and maintainable solutions within existing application frameworks.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle: Design, development, quality assurance, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Establish and adhere to best practices for application development.
  • Contribute to team performance enhancement and collaboration.
  • Employ creative and effective problem-solving techniques.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Required Experience: 15+ years in relevant fields.


Technical Skills:
Front End

Skills:
Single Page Applications (ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML), Responsive Design
Back End

Skills:
Microservices, REST, JVM (Java - Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.), Database (Postgres, MySQL, etc.).

Build Tools:
Maven, Gradle, Grunt, Gulp, Git, tactical and strategic enhancements to large-scale Java/J2EE products,
Documented experience with DevOps, CI/CD routines
Documented experience with Amazon Web Services (S3, RDS, EC2, ECS)
Define system scope and objectives through research and analysis to develop or enhance moderately complex information systems
Translate software requirements into functional and maintainable solutions within existing application frameworks

Oversee the product lifecycle:
Design, development, quality assurance, deployment, and maintenance
Establish and adhere to best practices for application development
Continuously contribute to team performance enhancement and collaboration
Ability to employ creative and effective problem-solving techniques
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment

The anticipated salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000, based on experience and geographic location.
