Job Summary

The Shipping and Staging Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of orders. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing tasks to optimize the staging and production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the staging and production operations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the industry specific to Crystal D.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of advanced logistics topics such as supply chain optimization and inventory management.
Working Conditions
  • Typically a full-time position, with occasional extended hours during peak periods.
  • Will work in office Monday through Friday.
