Position Overview:
The NVFC is looking for a talented and driven full-time Digital Media Manager to enhance the organization's online presence. This remote position plays a crucial role in supporting the Chief of Communications with outreach and marketing initiatives, primarily focusing on digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective digital media strategies that align with the NVFC's mission and target audience.
  • Social Media Oversight: Manage the organization's social media channels, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and growth tactics.
  • Website Maintenance: Collaborate with the Chief of Communications to ensure the organization's websites are current and functional.
  • Content Development: Create and manage engaging content for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational messaging.
  • Email Marketing: Craft compelling content for newsletters and eblasts, utilizing email marketing tools for distribution.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve specific objectives and maximize return on investment.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on digital media performance using analytics tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital initiatives.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in digital media to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Administrative Support: Provide additional support as needed, including managing invoices and assisting with various projects.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, excellent writing and communication abilities, and a detail-oriented approach.
