Role Responsibilities:

We are looking for a full-time Production Analyst who will play a pivotal role in creating engaging visual content that resonates with our audience across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and a passion for storytelling through visual media. This role may involve travel as required.

Key Duties:

  • Produce and edit high-quality video and photographic content that effectively communicates our mission.
  • Develop both short and long-form video content tailored for social media platforms.
  • Organize and compile footage, integrating graphics, sound effects, and audio enhancements to elevate the final product.
  • Handle multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines and maintaining productivity.
  • Ensure organized project files and thorough documentation throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of experience in videography, photography, and editing (preferably in film production or a related field).
  • In-depth knowledge of remote post-production workflows and media management.
  • Experience in editing quick-turnaround social media content and longer narrative-driven pieces using Premiere Pro.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in dynamic shooting environments.
  • Strong grasp of visual composition, lighting techniques, and storytelling through imagery.
  • Extensive knowledge of camera technology and equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
  • Capability to foster and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • A valid passport with at least six months of validity.
  • DoD Secret clearance is mandatory.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug testing.
  • Compliance with company policies regarding substance use.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain such authorization by the start date.

Work Environment:

This position primarily operates in a professional setting.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000
