Key Responsibilities

A Client Services Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing various deposit-related operations. This position involves executing customer transactions and ensuring a superior customer experience at every touchpoint. The individual will collaborate with fellow representatives to handle all deposit functions and transactions, ranging from routine tasks to special initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Accurately processing cash, deposits, loan payments, and check cashing.
  • Managing account openings, closures, and maintenance for both individual and business accounts, including Checking, Savings, and Certificates of Deposit.
  • Addressing customer inquiries in person or via phone and promoting suitable products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Participating in a rotating Saturday schedule, approximately once a month.

  • Leadership qualities and a collaborative spirit to foster a positive work environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Quick learner of bank-specific software and technologies.
  • Must reside within a 20-mile radius or be willing to relocate.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a Teller, Personal Banker, or similar role within a financial institution.
  • Familiarity with Jack Henry core programs (Silverlake, Banno) is a plus.

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time, at-will position based on a 40-hour workweek.
  • Typical schedule: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday; 8 AM - 11 AM on Saturdays.
  • Minimal travel required for occasional training.
  • Employment is contingent upon background and credit checks.
