Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate customer transactions while ensuring a positive experience
  • Oversee all deposit-related operations
  • Execute teller functions and manage cash handling
  • Balance deposits, handle cash transactions, and process loan payments
  • Open, close, and manage various accounts for both individuals and businesses, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit
  • Promote suitable products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Address customer inquiries in person, via phone, email, or mobile chat
  • Adhere to all established policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a banking, credit union, or financial services environment handling cash and deposit accounts
  • Strong listening skills to effectively address customer requests
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Work Environment:

  • On-Site
  • Standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Rotating Saturday shifts from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
