Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Gonzer. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
* Provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
* Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors
* Performs administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and maintaining supplies inventory
* Assists the Human Resources Team on special projects as needed
* Assists the Customer Service Department with calls and administrative tasks
* Makes lunch arrangements for staff members as needed
* Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
* Distributes incoming electronic faxes
* Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
* Ensures the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, and maintaining equipment inventories
* Provides information by answering questions and requests
Requirements:
* Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Basic knowledge of scheduling, purchasing, shipping, and customer service processes
* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
