About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fragrance Administrator to join our Consumer Products team in East Hanover. As a key member of our Evaluation team, you will provide administrative support and play a crucial role in the preparation and execution of smelling sessions, panel tests, and other administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and set up smelling sessions for category teams, including fabric care, air care, personal care, and hair care.
  • Provide administrative support to the Development team, including PowerPoint support, creating spreadsheets, ordering supplies, and library updates.
  • Coordinate and run internal panel tests, including setting up, facilitating, and preparing results.
  • Order or shop for new products and market products as needed.
  • Assist with project coordination, including entering projects, sample requests, tracking oils, and liaising with the lab.
  • Enter GC requests and bring products to the GC lab.
  • Work cohesively with internal departments, including Creative Fragrance product groups, Perfumery, Marketing, and Market Research.
  • Coordinate new launch washes and smelling sessions.
  • Track and manage market products, including samples to ship to clients and samples for testing.
  • Assemble and organize products for external CMI testing.
  • Help put kits together and perform data-entry tasks.
  • Coordinate and track new Fine Fragrance launches.

  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to make appropriate decisions.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexible disposition and sense of urgency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administration experience, preferably in the fragrance/cosmetic business.
  • Strong administrative and computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
