Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a warehouse team, ensuring high standards of productivity, accuracy, and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and develop team members, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, and customers
  • Facilitate training and development programs for new and current employees
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Manage department resources to optimize output, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Implement employee development plans to support ongoing growth and development
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
  • Management experience
