Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Seasonal Special Events Coordinator to assist in the operation of all Special Events or Leisure Experience activities. This role will involve coordinating with the Special Events Manager and Assistant Managers to ensure seamless execution of events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating the operation of all Special Events or Leisure Experience activities
  • Monitor and assist with training for all Special Events employees
  • Learn and operate software systems used in events
  • Resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
