Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating the setup, operation, and breakdown of events, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Monitor and maintain the status of event operations, including lighting, audio-visual, and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with the Special Events Manager and Assistant Managers to develop and implement event strategies.
  • Provide training and support to Special Events employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Learn and operate software systems used in events, including ticketing, retail, inventory, and space usage.
  • Resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in events, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
