Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Seasonal Special Events Retail Coordinator to join our team at Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center. As a key member of our events team, you will assist in coordinating the operation of all Special Events or Leisure Experience activities, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate event logistics, including setup, execution, and teardown of events
  • Monitor and assist with training for all Special Events employees
  • Learn and operate software systems used in events, including ticketing, retail, inventory, and space usage
  • Resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality assurance expectations
Requirements
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience
  • License or certification in a related field
