Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Seasonal Special Events Attractions Coordinator to join our team at Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operation of all Special Events or Leisure Experience activities, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating the operation of all Special Events or Leisure Experience activities, including ICE, Best of Florida Christmas, and SummerFest.
  • Monitor and correct any aesthetic deficiencies, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Follow training guidelines to support the direction of Special Events Manager and Assistant Managers.
  • Train and assist Special Events employees in software systems used in events, such as ticketing, retail, inventory, and space usage.
  • Resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
