About the Role:

LGI Homes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Land Acquisition to join our team in Charlotte. As a key member of our land development team, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing residential land for our homebuilding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solicit, analyze, and negotiate land acquisition deals with landowners and developers
  • Manage a team of land development professionals to ensure timely and cost-effective land development projects
  • Develop and implement land development strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless land development and homebuilding operations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
