Position Overview:
In response to our rapid expansion of fiber technology nationwide, we are looking for a Field Sales Consultant to connect communities with vital services. This commission-based position involves engaging potential customers through direct outreach. As part of our Consumer Direct Sales team, you will receive an assigned territory, leads, and proven sales strategies to ensure your success. This role requires in-person engagement at designated work locations to fulfill your responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits:
Our team is our greatest asset, and we offer a competitive compensation package with expected earnings around $100,000, with potential annual earnings exceeding $200,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new residential customers through assigned leads and territories, utilizing direct outreach methods.
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals that meet customer needs.
  • Actively engage in sales meetings and complete required training programs.
  • Meet monthly sales targets.
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to sales in accordance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Stay informed about competitors in your territory and report any changes in pricing or marketing strategies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
We seek candidates who possess a driven and persistent approach to customer engagement, with the ability to communicate our product offerings effectively. Independence and self-motivation are essential as you navigate your territory, close sales, and build relationships with minimal oversight.
Required Background:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territories using a reliable vehicle, even in adverse weather conditions.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and communication tools.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary to maximize customer engagement.
  • Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven success in sales, prospecting, or cold calling, with at least six months of direct sales experience.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications services, particularly fiber-optic and fixed-wireless access.
  • Ability to educate customers on related products and services.
