Position Overview:
In light of our rapid expansion of fiber technology nationwide, we are looking for a Field Sales Consultant to help connect communities with vital services. This role operates on a commission basis, where you will engage potential customers through direct outreach. You will be assigned a specific territory, along with leads and proven sales strategies to ensure your success. This position requires in-person attendance at our designated work location to fulfill your job responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new residential clients through assigned leads and territories, utilizing direct outreach methods such as door-to-door solicitation, outbound calls, and community marketing events.
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals that address customer needs.
  • Actively engage in sales meetings and complete necessary training programs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Complete all administrative tasks related to sales in accordance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities in your territory and report any changes in pricing or marketing strategies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
We seek individuals who are driven and possess a persistent attitude to confidently engage potential customers and articulate our product offerings. A strong sense of independence is essential as you navigate your territory, close sales, and build relationships with minimal oversight.
Required Background:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to travel to assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle, even in adverse weather conditions.
  • Familiarity with computer systems, software applications, and communication devices.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary to maximize customer engagement.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven success in sales, prospecting, or cold calling, with at least 6 months of direct sales experience.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications services, particularly in fixed telecommunications such as cable, fiber, or fixed-wireless access.
  • Ability to educate consumers about related products and services as needed.
