Key Responsibilities:

As the Senior Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our Food and Beverage department, ensuring excellence and efficiency. Your support will be vital to the management team in achieving operational success.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management with a strong record of leading high-quality, service-oriented operations.
  • A degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary.
  • Experience in supervisory roles, coaching, and staff development is important.
  • A solid understanding of business operations is expected.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of Zero Bond and peak operational times.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position include regular standing, handling and feeling objects, reaching, and effective communication. Employees may need to walk frequently and occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Lifting requirements include regularly moving up to 25 pounds, frequently moving up to 50 pounds, and occasionally moving up to 10 pounds.
