Job Summary:

KBR is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large and intricate EPC projects with a TIC value of up to $500 million. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project risk management and schedule risk assessments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Ensure safe project execution meeting client's expectations within budget and schedule constraints, while taking overall financial accountability.
  • Financial Performance: Achieve set targets for financial performance, HSE, client satisfaction, budget adherence, and schedule efficiency.
  • Client Interface: Act as the primary interface between the client and the company.
  • Project Alignment: Ensure project execution aligns with approved company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate project team activities directly or through delegation.
  • Project Scope: Define project scope precisely and highlight changes between the initial proposal and final contract.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate modifications with the client.
  • Project Planning: Develop and adjust project execution plans as needed, ensuring plan compliance.
  • Project Status: Provide regular project status updates to the client and the company.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the project management team ensuring successful project completion.
  • Business Ethics: Adhere to KBR's business ethics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant project experience with an average of over 15 years in Senior Management roles.
  • Education: Typically need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a P.E. license.
