Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Randstad USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the staffing industry.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading talent company that specializes in workforce solutions. You will be working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and providing innovative solutions to meet those needs. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Business Development Representative will include:
- Effectively selling and recruiting through modern media connections
- Identifying prospects in need of Randstad's workforce services and solutions
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers
- Creating partnerships through various channels of communication with key decision-makers
- Executing activities that will gain results (lots of calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)
- Negotiating pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
- Effectively sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Couching and retaining talent
- Marketing talent to make certain they land the right job
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years of professional sales experience
- Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past
- Technically competent
- Ability to connect with others
- Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
- Experience and quick adaptability utilizing digital tools and Google Suite applications
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model
- Possession of a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen - you like to WIN
