Job Title: Sales Coach

The Sales Coach role is a vital part of IBM's mission to deliver exceptional employee experiences. As a Sales Coach, you will play a key role in empowering IBMers to build their careers by providing personalized coaching services and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group sales coaching to sales trainees.
  • Leverage best practices in selling to develop the skills of sales trainees.
  • Play the role of the client in practice call scenarios.
  • Provide constructive and meaningful feedback to trainees in a consistent manner, using standard IBM Learning content and grading methods.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry.
  • Work experience in sales, as a sales coach, sales trainer, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are a plus.
  • Current knowledge on Generative AI technology is a plus.
