Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at ConsultNet. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our real-time payments platform.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct manual testing activities, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and system testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand system architecture and design.
- Identify, document, and track defects using a defect tracking system.
- Analyze test results and report on test coverage and quality metrics.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing.

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and techniques.
- Experience working with Java-based applications.
- At least 2 years of experience with Client's Enterprise Payment Platform.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Knowledge of payment industry standards and regulations.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
