Position Overview:

The Regional Sales Executive at Color Burst Landscapes is tasked with spearheading a team of sales experts, driving growth, and establishing standardized best practices across the regional divisions.

This role involves nurturing relationships, creating effective team frameworks to support significant growth, and executing market entry strategies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Enhance processes and establish best practices across regional divisions.
  • Design team structures to promote growth and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between regional divisions and senior management, ensuring effective communication.
  • Continuously assess the market and collaborate with peers and leaders to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Set sales targets, pricing strategies, estimation methods, and sales forecasts for the region.
  • Engage in cross-departmental collaborations to provide market planning insights.
  • Integrate future acquisitions into the organizational and regional framework.
  • Leverage data analytics and reporting to guide decision-making and align the focus of regional teams.
  • Establish and communicate clear objectives and goals to regional teams.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team of sales professionals. This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in a service-oriented industry, ideally landscaping.
  • Experience in private equity settings and acquisition processes is beneficial.
  • A track record of successfully driving business development efforts.
  • A commitment to building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence others to achieve shared success.
  • Understanding of the service industry, including market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex changes resulting from rapid growth.
  • Strong business acumen, facilitating effective budget management and forecasting.
  • Ability to balance strategic and tactical responsibilities as required.
  • Experience with EOS is preferred.
