Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Identify and engage qualified carriers for freight solutions
- Sustain relationships with vetted carriers
- Organize and coordinate pick-up and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with shippers and carriers to oversee schedules
- Monitor and communicate shipment status to clients
Required Skills:
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient negotiation skills
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work setting
- Experience in Sales and Cold Calling
