Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sonographer II PRN to join our team at HCA HealthONE Presbyterian/St. Luke's. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound and NIVA procedures, operating ultrasound equipment, and preparing the room with necessary supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound and NIVA procedures with precision and accuracy
  • Operate ultrasound equipment with manual dexterity and critical thinking skills
  • Prepare the room with necessary supplies and equipment for procedures
  • Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a safe patient care environment
  • Assist with clerical duties, receptionist tasks, and scheduling patients
  • Collect data for PI monitors and conduct QC on equipment
Requirements
  • Current ARDMS certification with RDMS and RVT certification required
  • Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program
  • Clinical rotation or 1 year of clinical experience
  • Familiarity with ultrasound and/or NIVA procedures
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
