About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sonographer II PRN to join our team at Rose Medical Center. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound and NIVA procedures, operating ultrasound equipment, and preparing the room with necessary supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound and NIVA procedures with precision and accuracy
  • Operate ultrasound equipment with expertise, ensuring optimal image quality
  • Prepare the room with necessary equipment and supplies for procedures
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience
  • Assist in collecting data for quality improvement initiatives and conducting quality control on equipment
Requirements
  • Current ARDMS certification with RDMS and RVT certification
  • Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program
  • Clinical rotation or 1 year of clinical experience
  • Familiarity with ultrasound and NIVA procedures, with high manual and critical thinking skills
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
