Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sonographer II PRN to join our team at Rose Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound and NIVA procedures, operating ultrasound equipment, and preparing the room with necessary supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound and NIVA procedures
  • Operate ultrasound equipment and prepare the room with necessary supplies
  • Provide excellent patient care and maintain a safe patient care environment
  • Assist in collecting data for PI monitors and conducting QC on equipment
  • Secondary duties include clerical tasks, receptionist duties, and general cleaning
Requirements
  • Current ARDMS certification with both Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification
  • Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program
  • Clinical rotation or 1 year of clinical experience
  • Familiar with majority of ultrasound and/or NIVA procedures
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
