Schedule: Full-Time - 40 Hours/Week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; 8 Hours of Weekend Homecare Required Monthly
Compensation: Starting at $15.50 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on verified caregiving experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a vital member of our team, you will:
- Assist elderly participants with daily living activities and recreational programs.
- Provide personal care services in our Adult Day Center and, when necessary, at the participants' residences.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Licensure: Must possess a valid PA Driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in caregiving for frail or elderly individuals is essential. Previous roles as a personal care aide, home health aide, or nursing assistant are advantageous.
Essential Skills- Demonstrated discretion, patience, and sound judgment.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to elderly care.
- Ability to comprehend and execute both verbal and written instructions, maintain records, and relay messages.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster cooperation among participants.
