Job Title: Direct Support Professional

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide direct face-to-face service to adults with developmental disabilities in Somerset County.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide services in home and community settings to protect the health and welfare of individuals and assist them in acquiring, maintaining, and improving self-help, domestic, socialization, and adaptive skills.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Ensure the highest level of care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
  • At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with Autism.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
